Welcome to 106 Seagrass Way! Step into our stunning two-story townhouse located in, Palm Cove, a quiet residential community that is less than 1 mile from Shipwreck Island Water Park and the Public Beach with ample parking and restroom facilities. We are located in the middle of the beach so you are close to everything! Our beds are all new and super comfortable, including two memory foam cots for the kiddos. In the living room there's a queen sized memory foam sleeper sofa as well. The kitchen has all brand new appliances and is completely stocked with everything you could want.

- The subdivision is gated from 9:00 pm to 5:00 am and there is a security guard on duty
- 2 swimming pools that are located walking distance from the home
- Washer and Dryer in the unit
- New flat screen TV's with a large selection of stations 
- High speed WiFi
- 2 Parking spaces located in front of the home and additional "first come first serve" temporary parking 1 block away
- Early check-in and late check-outs will be considered
