Welcome to unit 613 at Top of the Gulf! This unit is located on the 6th floor of the building and sleeps up to 4 people. The kitchen has full size appliances, dishes, pot/pans, and utensils---all the comforts of home to cook a family meal. This unit has 2 queen beds. There is a fitness center located on the 3rd floor, game room located on the 6th floor, shuffle board, and an internet lounge located on the 1st floor. There are no washer/dryers inside the units but there are coin operated laundry facilities on every other floor(2nd, 4th, 6th, & 8th). Large pool with a kiddie pool just steps from the beach! Each unit has a floor to ceiling window to see amazing views-there are no private balconies but common area balconies throughout the complex to see the white sand and turquoise water of the Gulf!
 

The complex is located on South Thomas Drive just minutes away from the best of PCB dining, signature golf courses, deep-sea fishing, night clubs, water and amusement parks, miniature golf, and gift shops. Major grocery stores and retailers are also within a 5-10 minute drive. Top of the Gulf is full of fun family-friendly amenities that will be sure to make your vacation one-of-a-kind.
 

**When guests arrive you must go to the HOA office located on the first floor and purchase a parking pass(1) and armbands for $20.00. HOA office hours are 9am to 4pm. If you arrive after 4pm you must go to security to purchase the parking pass and armbands.**

COVID-19 UPDATE: We appreciate our Guests' current uncertainties while trying to make plans for vacations amongst Covid-19.  K Tori's Beach Rentals has been and plans to continue being committed to doing what is best for our Guests. Full refunds will be offered for cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival.  Past the 30 days refunds will only be given if the beaches get closed or there is a rental ban in place in FL for the dates that you are supposed to be here.
