• Start by browsing our selection of beautiful beach vacation rentals so that you know exactly where you want to stay. You may also use our tools at the top of the page to find out which units are available during your selected dates.

• Once you choose a rental, you may either call or email us with your chosen date and time. Be sure to include the number of adults and children that will be staying and if you have a pet, as well as your cell phone number.

• We’ll email you a detailed quote that includes your new rental agreement. If you decide that you’d like to book one of our beautiful rentals, simply sign and date the agreement and return it back to us as soon as possible. You can make a secure payment from the quote, which requires 25% of your total price in order to reserve the booking.

• After you book your stay, your total balance will be due within 60 days before you check in. You will receive more detailed instructions approximately 30 days before you arrive. Once you make the full and final payment, there are no refunds – all sales are final.
