Welcome to 903 at The Villas - we offer you a 2 bedroom 2 bath ground floor unit ~ completely updated and absolutely gorgeous . This is one of the nicest Villas available on the rental market. Quiet location with serene views of the pond from living room, kitchen and master bedroom. Sit on the back patio and enjoy the sounds of the water bubbling away. No neighbors directly in back so it is very private.
Short walk to the pool and tram stop. You are entitled to all amenities that Edgewater has to offer, so take the tram and cross over to the beachside for pools, hot tubs and restaurants. Or stay in the Villas and play golf. The amenities and like no other resort on the beach!
At Edgewater Beach Resort, you will enjoy a 110-acre facility that offers full-service resort amenities, including a nine-hole golf course, world-class health club, tennis courts, basketball, pizza place and ice cream parlor.
This is a Non-Smoking Unit along with a fully enforced NO PET Policy. There must be an adult age 25 years or older at all times staying in this Condo.
