Welcome to Emerald Beach Resort.  One of the newest and most coveted resorts on the beach!  Welcome to our spacious beachfront  unit.  Owners maintain this property perfectly since to them it is not just a rental but their second home.  We have 2 bedrooms, 2 baths with hall bunks and a sofa sleeper which easily accommodates 6 adults and 2 kids.  Cozy Sitting Area in the Master Suite that overlooks the Gulf. This will be the cleanest place you will ever stay at - GUARANTEED!

We are located on the 14th floor which offers extensive views of the Gulf, sand bars and the different hues of the turquoise waters of Gulf.  If you want to see dolphins and rays, you will definitely want to stay with us.  The beautiful display of playfulness from the marine life is perfectly captured from our large balcony which is accessible both through the living area and the master suite.

**POOLS: Emerald Beach has 2 swimming pools. One is located on the north side and the other is on the beach side.
**FITNESS CENTER: Located on the 2nd floor. Hours are 5 a.m. to 10 p.m.
**ATMs: Located on property next to Starbucks.
**Tiki Hut and Tiki bar located at the beachside pool.
**The Skybar: Located in the Sky Bridge.
**Starbucks: Located on the first floor.
