We are located on the 2nd Floor in Tower 2 which is on 7th level of building & our 1135 square foot unit  has great Sight & Sounds of the Ocean from the balcony across from the beach ~  our unit has  views of the gulf.  Just a short 3 minute walk through the breezeway to the beach. The open floor plan features a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops, dining room and living room with a pull out sofa bed. The unit comfortably sleeps 6 adults and 2 kids.

New mattresses, new living room furniture, new dining room furniture.  The master bedroom has a king size bed, private bathroom with walk in shower, spacious tub and double sinks. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed and private access to the guest bath. Off the hall is a bunk area that sleeps two. We are across the street in Tower 2 just a short walk to the beach via the sky-way. You get ocean views from your balcony.

Guest pays $30 to Resort when checking in for 1 parking pass and armbands. You can purchase another parking pass for $30. They are good for the whole stay.

COVID-19 UPDATE: We appreciate our Guests' current uncertainties while trying to make plans for vacations amongst Covid-19.  K Tori's Beach Rentals has been and plans to continue being committed to doing what is best for our Guests. Full refunds will be offered for cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival.  Past the 30 days refunds will only be given if the beaches get closed or there is a rental ban in place in FL for the dates that you are supposed to be here.  ***All cancellations will incur a  3% Processing Fee***
