Welcome to Tidewater Unit 1610 located on the 16th floor and offering magnificent views of the Gulf, sand bars and the different hues of the turquoise waters of the Gulf.  If you want to see dolphins and rays, you will definitely want to stay with us. The beautiful display of playfulness from the marine life is perfectly captured from our spacious balcony which is accessible through the living area and has table and chairs on the balcony for enjoying the sunsets after a fun filled day on the beach!

This newly renovated unit is 2 bedroom/3 bathroom plus a bunk area for 8 people to sleep comfortably. The master bedroom has a king bed and own private bathroom with tub/shower combo. The guest bedroom has a queen bed and has own private bathroom with stand up shower. The bunk area has a twin bunk bed set in the hallway and has own private bathroom with a stand up shower. There is a queen sofa sleeper in the living area as well. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots/pans, utensils, dishware, and cooking equipment needed to enjoy a nice home cooked meal. During the summer months, you will enjoy the complimentary beach service which includes 2 padded lounge chairs and 1 umbrella. (March to October)

Tidewater Beach Resort is a first class resort condominium featuring an impressive array of amenities for owners' and guests' enjoyment. Two huge lagoon pools with hot tubs, a 4,300 sq. ft fitness center with roman spas, saunas and steam rooms, a 5,000 sq. ft. conference center, a movie/media center, game room, and indoor pool.

If you would like to enjoy amenities in the area, Tidewater Beach Resort is conveniently located within half a mile to Pier Park outdoor shopping village. Pier Park features fantastic restaurants including Jimmy Buffet's Margaritaville, Red Robin, Panera Bread, Back Porch Seafood House, and many more with great shopping including Dillards, Old Navy, JC Penneys, Target, 16 screen Cinema complex, kids play area with Ferris wheel, Dave & Busters and many more.

We appreciate our Guests' current uncertainties while trying to make plans for vacations amongst Covid-19.  K Tori's Beach Rentals has been and plans to continue being committed to doing what is best for our Guests. Full refunds will be offered for cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival.  Past the 30 days, refunds will only be given if the beaches get closed or there is a rental ban in place in FL for the dates that you are supposed to be here.  ***All cancellations will incur a  3% Processing Fee***
